Labour Day Parade & Picnic May 1st 2023 | Respect QLD

The Queensland Council of Unions has invited us to march in the Labour day Parade, in pride of place, behind the First Nations contingent. Decriminalisation of Sex Work is considered an important issue alongside the voice to Parliament.
We will march from the corner of Turbot and Wharf Streets in Springhill, to the Brisbane Show grounds for a picnic and family fun day! Join us for a prozzies picnic as we join other workers. At last sex work recognised as work!

2023 is the year sex work is decriminalised in Queensland! Be part of making history!

Who: Bring along family, friends, partners, kids, your old brothel nemesis or your new sex work bestie!
When: 1 May, 2023. Begin gathering at 9:30am, march at 10am
Where: March starts corner of Turbot and Wharf St, Springhill. March to Brisbane Show grounds for a prozzie picnic!

We will also have a stall packed full of DecrimQLD resources and info!
