Respect Inc would like to extend a massive thank you to all the workers, agencies, organisations and venues that supported us on our recent regional outreach trip. It’s a huge undertaking to embark into small towns every six months, but so rewarding! It also means we know more about what your needs are in the region, and how to make our next trip even more successful.
Kind regards, and see you next time
Michele and Zoe
I always love having Michele and Zoe visit my town. We connect, talk, share, and I really appreciate that they make time to visit me at my place. Looking forward to having you again, you are always welcome!
The social events when Respect come to town are a real treat. I get to catch up with workers I haven’t seen for ages, meet new people, and find out how work has been for everyone else. Highly recommended! Working in a small town can feel lonely… these social events are a good reminder that the community is there for each other.
Thank you for making contact with me before you came up for this trip. I don’t usually Respect when they come up, but these last few months have been so quiet I thought “What do I have to lose?” As it turned out it was comforting to hear news from a whole bunch of workers, from Rocky and also touring. Michele and Zoe bring stories from Brisbane and Townsville too, so I feel better informed and less alone. Thanks again, Diane.
